2. What Gets Deleted

When you delete your CycleCue account, the following information is permanently removed from our systems:

  • Cycle Information: All period dates, flow data, cycle lengths, and patterns
  • Symptoms & Moods: All logged symptoms, mood tracking, and personal notes
  • Predictions: All AI-generated predictions and personalized insights
  • Health Notes: All personal observations and custom entries
  • Calendar Data: All cycle events and reminders

2.2 Account Information

  • Profile Data: Name, email address, age, and profile settings
  • Preferences: App settings, notification preferences, and customizations
  • Authentication: Login credentials and security tokens
  • Device Information: Connected device data and app installations

3. How to Delete Your Data

You have three convenient methods to delete your CycleCue account and data:

3.2 Method 2: Web App Deletion

  1. Visit cyclecue.web.app
  2. Sign in to your account
  3. Go to Profile β†’ Account Settings

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email:

5. Data We May Retain

While we delete all personal data, we may retain certain information for legal, security, or operational reasons:
